Text Me My Weather Daily provides automated daily weather forecast text messages to your phone based on your location and preferred delivery time.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered at $0.99 per month. A free 7-day trial is available for new users. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

4. Privacy and Data Sharing

We take your privacy seriously. Your phone number is shared only with Twilio, our texting provider, for the sole purpose of delivering your weather messages. Aside from Twilio, we do not share your phone number with any third parties.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid phone number and ZIP/postal code. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to receiving text messages.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Weather data is sourced from third-party providers, and we do not guarantee its accuracy. The Service should not be relied upon for emergency weather decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Low Friction Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
